Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This policy applies to paid Soshiva Business subscriptions (Monthly, 6 months and Annual).

1. Prepaid subscriptions and manual renewal

Every subscription is paid once, in advance, for the full stated duration.

Subscriptions currently renew manually only. We do not charge your card automatically and there are no recurring charges. When your period ends, you can choose whether to pay for a new period.

2. Cancellation

Because there is no automatic renewal, you do not need to cancel to avoid future charges — simply do not renew.

If you stop using Soshiva, your paid access continues until the end of the period you purchased, unless the subscription is refunded.

3. 7-day full refund

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial payment for any plan: Monthly, 6 months or Annual.

The 7-day period is a voluntary Soshiva commercial policy. It is not a statutory legal limit.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@soshiva.com from your account email and include the date of payment and the plan purchased.

Every request is reviewed manually. Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider, MyFatoorah, to the original payment method.

Settlement time depends on MyFatoorah, your bank and your card issuer, so we cannot promise an exact date for the money to appear in your account.

5. After a refund

Once a full refund is approved and confirmed, the paid access for that payment ends.

Your business data (sales, expenses, products and reports) is not deleted. You can still sign in, view and export your data.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait. Where the law requires a remedy — including outside the 7-day period — we will provide it.
